Cleveredge opens in August 2027 with a founding class capped at 10 students. Families on the interest list receive enrollment information first.

Cleveredge serves grades K–6 in our founding years, with plans to expand to grade 7 as the school grows.

Tuition & scholarships

Final tuition will be published with our Fall 2026 enrollment packet. Cleveredge is committed to accessibility and accepts the following North Carolina programs:

  • NC Opportunity Scholarship. State-funded scholarship for eligible K–12 students.
  • ESA+ Program. Education Student Accounts for students with disabilities.
  • Flexible payment plans. Monthly tuition options for enrolled families.

Enrollment timeline

  1. Fall 2026
    Applications Open

    Family interviews and micro-campus tours begin. During tours, families will:

    • Visit the core-instruction studio
    • Receive printed packets outlining our curriculum, specialist partners, and daily schedule
    • Learn how core instruction and partner-based specials work together
    • Review scholarship guidance for the NC Opportunity Scholarship and ESA+ Program

    Founding families receive priority consideration.

  2. Winter 2026
    Enrollment Decisions Released

    Accepted families receive official placement for the August 2027 start date. The inaugural class is confirmed and capped at 10 students to ensure personalized academic development.

  3. Spring 2027
    Founders Orientation

    Founding families attend orientation sessions introducing:

    • Core instruction model
    • Arts, STEM, and enrichment partnerships
    • Transportation procedures
    • Daily schedule and specials rotation
    • Individualized academic goal setting
    • Micro-campus safety and structure

    Families receive their full Founders Packet, including curriculum maps and partner program details.

  4. Summer 2027
    Family Welcome Meetings

    Individual family meetings finalize:

    • Academic baselines
    • Student goals
    • Supply lists
    • Transportation needs
    • Arts program placement
    • First-week schedule

    Students meet peers and partner organizations.

  5. August 2027
    First Day of School

    Cleveredge officially opens with:

    • Core instruction in the Founding-Year Micro-Campus
    • Daily arts, STEM, and enrichment through partner organizations
    • Transportation provided for all specials and community programs
    • A full arts-integrated schedule including Dance/Theatre, Music, STEM Innovation Lab, Art, and Farm & Garden Visits

    The Founding Year establishes Cleveredge's culture, community, and academic foundation while funding is finalized for our full building in Year 2.
